Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
If the item you received is defective or damaged, we will refund the full amount you paid, including the delivery costs. In all other cases, we will refund only the cost of the item. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
The refund will be made within 14 days at the latest from the day we receive the returned goods or you provide proof that the goods have been sent back—whichever is earlier. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you.
The returned goods must be in their original condition, undamaged and unused, and must be returned in the original packaging. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
